who the hell is Ed? Does he have a patent on the phrase "I know right?" Seems like a pretty common phrase. In one of my last jobs they used to call a few reps "ass kissers"....they were the ones actually doing their jobs.

VP of Marketing left a few months ago. VP of Operations left this week. When the people that see the very inner most workings of Implant Direct and all of the problems that can't be overcome, are jumping ship, you know there are massive problems.
 
We still have not been told exactly what Implant Directs market proposition is since the management totally destroyed the long time image of high value/ low cost/compatible parts. Anyone?

Executive management can't explain what the market position is to the sales force, because they don't know what it is. ID is in no mans land, between Premium and the value market. ID was in the value market drivers seat. They held the value market top position. Then from 2011 and on they pissed it away. Back orders, Lack of Innovation, Marketing, and Direction. The only thing that was working was the Sales Force!!! The sales force will be the only thing that saves ID!!

ID had huge growth in 2011, 2012. In 2013 Stratton started to influence what was happening. Niznick being an addled old man could never have seen it coming and even endorsed the coronation of Tom. But unlike the cartoon in this case Tom always beats Jerry. Problem now is being saddled with a sub par sales force that has high expectations on income and low skills to produce results.

The only measure of intelligence here are the ones who left and the ones in the executive suite at ID taking advantage of you.
