Tim, Heather is it true?

I think we all need to have a clear understanding of esperion. This is not a public company, esperion is Tims company.

He will fire whoever he wants to with no warning. This includes HR and compliance so no one is safe or can protect anyone

He set travel policies only for himself so he travels like the king he thinks he his but on one else can

Raises and bonuses are only approved by Tim. Many years employees get 50% of bonus while Tim collects 100% (look it up)

He surrounds himself with family member employees to keep a tight grasp on what is going on.

There is a major fear in esperion right now that any zoom call can be Tim and Heather firing you no warning no notice

YOU Nailed it. Once the stand-up leaders in HR and Compliance were done away with, there is no one watching. At this point, EVERYONE is wondering when their turn will come for a call with TM and HP. There is no one left to challenge their decisions/ethics.

Look at post called is it true from a few weeks ago. That post called out that in the last year Tim separated with alot of people. Compliance office, commercial officer, comptroller, head of clinical, 2 heads of HR, VP regulatory. Now you already need to add to this list the new cuts. All procurement, vp sales, most managed care, most MSL's, another HR head, head of financial planning. When does this stop? When is Tim accountable?

Take it a step further: He didnt just get rid of VPs (multiple) of HR and VP of Compliance, he did NOT replace them. He doesnt want anyone telling him what he cant/shouldnt do. Compliance is reduced to 1 Director level person, HR now has an Asst Dir level person in charge.

The lack of accountability in management(Tim) will be the downfall of Esperion. It's not like we've had record breaking sales. I wonder how many times Tim will say "friggin" onnthe next high level call or earnings call. I'm sure the financial community is impressed with his banter.

What you newer people don’t know is Tim fired Mary McGowan after she had a bar cat fight with Ashley. Fired narendra after bringing ba to life. What tim does is bring in experts to mask his obvious incompetence then fires them to bring in new people so he can seem knowledgeable. At the end of the day he winds up with the same 3 dummies. Kyle Ashley and Rick. This is the esperion chronicles. This is the truth

Tough times don’t last, tough people and organizations do. We are on the cusp of greatness in 2021, the recent momentum coupled with the alliance deals and the forthcoming groundbreaking cardiovascular outcome trials ensure our place in cardiovascular treatment advancements. Sure it sucks that you weren’t hired but isn’t it time to direct your anger towards something productive? The train has left the station.

Nice pivot and deflection in getting away from discussion on the toxic culture Esperion has created. This company isn't on the cusp of anything other than lawsuits. Tim is disgusting and the Outcomes data will be lame. It takes a first rate coward to fire people for no reason or do so even with a family tragedy. Esperion has basically had complete turnover so you can stop talking about people who didn't get hired. They were the lucky ones and know they dodged a bullit.

So glad to be working for a company with a great culture. I never realized how bad it was at Esperion until I was gone. Management has been cleaned out except Tim M I see. Also stock really took a hammering today.

LOL..Yes, the train has left the station.
Glad I didn't climb aboard since this is derailing as we post.

Let’s be honest, you slipped and fell in the interview and got decapitated.

The true winners are the people who didn't get hired in the Circle Jerk Scientific Interview Process. By not becoming a Lipid Expert and a Highly Tenured Customer Facing warrior you dodged a bullet. The good lord was looking down on you when you headed to the airport after having your time wasted and your business plan stolen. You know on that day you became a stronger rep! Piss on Esperion!!!

If the thread is true about how Esp handled this employee and fired him if what was happening in his personal life is very disturbing. I have been there myself several times in my life personally as well as have had several employees that went through similar tragedies I can only empathize. Advice on EEOC and a lawyer are not bad ideas. EEOC may or may not get involved depending on cause or discrimination. A lawyer plays to the making this publicly aware would hurt the company but probably has no legal path for the family. Just my thoughts.

Great insight. At this point there are a lot of us that would like to see this public. Also I count about 26 more people lost their job last week. I wonder how that was handled.
