Why are you looking for jobs? We are all going to be retained by Alcon with a 10% pay increase in the works. Listen to your manager. They need us to sell these products. Smh

Come down Kerri! You are their only friend. We feel bad for you too. Nobody is going to Alcon so get real. Maria is already trying to reconnect with the old Allergan peeps to secure a position in a new up and coming company. Of course, her token DMs will try to bum a ride.

Best post on our site! It is a shame that one troll can try to destroy the rep of hard working people. Fortunately, both ladies are good people.
 












i wonder how much of aerie’s operations, alcon will keep. RTP will probably keep humming along. That’s why they bought Aerie, for the pipeline, right? Raj already shut down medical before the buy out was even announced. Lights out for commercial and marketing, legal, etc.
They probably don’t even need the manufacturing site.
Alcon sucks. They don’t want your sorry TM ass. Get outta here before it’s too late.
