All 100% true. None of you Aerie losers will be hired at a premier pharma company. Ask Vince and Tom for a reference. They are the laughing stock of Ophthlamology.
 




A lot of negative opinions of Maria on here. Those are opinions though. It is a fact that 6 months after she was promoted to take over the region from the man that hired her not a single district manager from the region remained. The either left or Maria fired them. I think that fact speaks volumes of her lack of leadership and those above her for allowing it to happen. Most would say those managers replacements who were hand picked by Maria were major downgrades to what was there previously.
 


Yup and her and her managers have dominated rankings and p-clubs since! We have other RD’s that have taken over a region and it’s been downhill since so stop complaining about an area of the country that has been outperforming others for a long while!

You are absolutely correct. The Southeast has DOMINATED. Let’s look at the facts that accompany those wins. This “domination” doesn’t come from VOLUME, it comes from qtr over qtr GROWTH. Therefore, when they started VERY low, the smallest increase of growth was a factor in the southeast’s success. Also, lets take Noelle for instance. When the outgoing manager was let go, Noelle stepped into a Humana win right out of the gate. Great job! Wait there’s more! The southeast also got a team of inside sales reps to call and tell offices that there was a Humana win. Funny, NO other teams got that luxury.
Things are not always what they seem. The Southeast would’ve gotten better no matter who was in those positions. These managers are a joke! I hope when the layoffs begin and people go for jobs, companies will see through these so called P-club wins

No you are so wrong on every level. But I guess that’s why you hide on CP. AARP is actually the biggest plan ….TM hired inside sales reps for the whole country. Not just the SE. and I’m not sure what your obsession is with the SE , ML or NR. I can say FL brings in the most volume, the most scripts and market share growth. That’s a fact. F off.

wow…. Noel and Maria don’t even take Sundays off on here…. Dominated rankings and P-clubs??? How about the numbers??? Numbers Never did hold up to other areas in the country… Evan gave his buddy softball goals and Maria passed them onto her best friend who she hired…. I talked to Marias #1 ranked rep for 2 consecutive years at several meetings… I suggest you give them a call… What do they think of Maria??? they could not stand her…. Said she was I quote “ the worst manager they ever had.” Other top performing reps said similar things… don’t compare that region to those bringing in much more… ever talked to the guy in Atlanta Maria hired to lead a team??? That guy was an award winning manager??? Are you serious??? LoL. Hilarious… you are delusional and your numbers couldn’t be further from the truth…
