So many people are resigning. WOW! Do they care?
 










I dread Sundays, because they are so close to Mondays, which means back to working for Vanda. I am grateful to have a job, but is working for Lucifer and his disciples a good thing?! Get me out of here!!!! The managers and executives are a bunch of losers and liars.

Yup. My manager would rather be constantly in the field, never home with family and blasting us with emails 7 days a week. For what? Vanda.... No one has any respect for him. Team morale is at all time low.
 






Reps are being harassed, bullied, and treated like dirt. We should not be forced/pushed so much for orphan drug RXs. I refuse to do it. These managers and executives don't care about the patients at all....the only one they care about is named Benjamin.

I would think any team that is always 1st, and goes to last after a new manager starts, should be a red flag for that manager. Not the reps under him. Maybe it's clear you are a puppet for Mohalas and he carries your balls around in his little man bag. No one will ever want to work under you, be motivated by you, or want to make you successful in your first and last management job.

Mihales could have 75 percent of jobs open and not care. Reps are trash in his arrogant and ignorant little brain.
 


Is that the NE manager or out West. I think all of them now are robots to whatever Tom tell them to do. Go sell off label or we will put you on a plan by end of May. If you don’t get 5 intakes a quarter and a plan, if you don’t get to 95-100% with fanapt even though your goal goes up 12-50% a quarter you might be on a plan. After the manager meeting we’re they all told to go threaten their reps with plans? Every NSR is being pushed out on purpose to make room for lower paying reps that will sell off label and not know what the consequences are if they do. Warning ANSR if you sell off label you can go to jail. The fbi is investigating and you better watch your own back. Just a warning.
