Sorry to hear that. He was a solid guy as a rep but this company corrupts everyone I guess. You’d think someone would have the integrity to make change, but all the managers seem to fall in linebacker and push out unrealistic goals and encourage selling off label.
As far as JH, she is lucky. She was notorious for filling out SRFs for her offices and even admitted on a conf call to getting behind the desk and faxing them over herself a few times. A Texas AM got fired for the same thing. Her numbers were always solid so they of course looked the other way and promoted her.
I’m talking about over four years ago, not a current AM. Can’t remember his name but he was fired for filling out SRFs. JH talked about doing same thing, even shared that and faxing the over herself as a best practice on conference call.
