Worst DM’s


Some of the managers even make you role-play in the car! What a ridiculous thing to do! Fix things in corporate,and the sales will grow. We need more indications,a real marketing department, and a real managed care department. The reps have zero support to help grow the business. Their answer is to give us more busy work and make us role-play more. They are clueless.

Mihales is a cheap loser. His stock is in the toilet and he punished the top reps by forcing them to a dinner from hell with him and his slaves
 






There isn't one manager for Vanda that should be hired by anybody else. They are all a bunch of gutless cowards that simply follow worthless direction, and have no good ideas or input of the own
 


we’re up to 13 vacancies all posted for associates, two spots now posted for associate ams. No one wants to works for this company. Doesn’t anyone ever wonder why the retention is so incredibly low?
 


Why is it that Vanda does not seek "360 Feedback" like most specialty companies to help develop their management team? If you are not familiar, 360 Feedback is totally anonymous, where all Direct Reports provide Honest and Candid feedback on some of the most relevant competencies for the role being evaluated. This Feedback tells the higher management where lies the biggest weakness among their first line management and what kind of development/training they should receive in order to be effective Leaders.

They know the morale is too low to seek any sort of honest feedback. The 360 surveys would cause them to do a total overhaul of ALL management if they were to take the results seriously. People are quitting and the sales results continue to decline. Short of selling the company, nothing will save Vanda.

Well said. Makes sense. It seems the upper management will continue to run this company as an unprofessional organization that does not give a damn about the employees and their views and feelings. It's their way or highway .... that's why people are quitting and they have hard time filling vacancies.

Tom would never want to know what the 3 regional losers think of him nor would GP want to know what Tom thinks of him nor Mihales of what GP thinks. Vanda is in the toilet and each level of management knows they are despised by those working for them. Good luck finding a rep that does not hate their sell out suck up manager. Vanda is the worst of the worst.

Lol, I’m the Real AM. I get it, you still have no idea who I am but check out my posts. At least mine aren’t anonymous. Was just wondering if that manager was a former AM. There was a guy who went over to become a DM from our team, but he was a solid guy though. Surprised if it is him.

It IS him. maybe he WAS a solid guy until the moment he became a DSM.
