Heard that before the end of the year, field sales in oncology & heme will be reduced significantly. Field medical in oncology & heme are going to be drastically altered. Came from a very reliable source in the organization.

Hearing the same thing!! Folks in PPK are on the block too. Wish the board would walk out leadership out the door.

Field medical is VERY bloated. Especially oncology. Multiple MSLs calling on same NCCN panelists. WTF is wrong with this team. Go to an NCCN panel meeting and there are multiple MSLs in attendance & trying to call on the same KOL. Holy smokes. Talk about discord.

WTF wrong with the team?? It’s start at the top with Field Medical Leadership!! It’s all about building a kingdom and kissing commercials a**.

Why are we having POA's on Hem and National meeting for Onc in October? Also, there has been backfilling of vacancies. Seems like a waste of money if a restructure is imminent.

Why would Hem and Onc hold meetings in October if a big change is coming? Positions are being backfilled too. Although, I think it was strange that Marty only spent a year at Hem and his replacement still hasn't been announced.
 


Love the open concept here in PPK. But the sales force has to know this, I was also a rep in the field. Thank fully I moved up the ranks.

Unless you have a new drug that is being launched or is in launch mode you are likely safe. Majority of our products are in maintenance mode. That means you are also in maintenance mode and we will severance you out at the end of the year.

maintenance drug + maintenance rep = bye bye with a parting gift
