Significant Downsizing of Field Sales & Medical

Ok! So seriously?! What's all this layoff talk. Most boards from most companies are saying the same thing. How does anyone really know, unless they REALLY know. Does anyone REALLY know for sure what the next couple months will look like? If they're cutting Oncology, by how much? Hematology? How many reps? These are all just rumors until we get the email that a call is scheduled to announce restructuring.

If you are an adult, and still don't understand that your company doesn't care about you or your future, then there is really no hope for you to have a good life.

Smart pros are always looking for a better opportunity, even if their current situation is "stable", which is hardly ever the case.

Make as much money as you can if that is what you want out of life, because regardless of your skill set, you are just a number. We all are.

I’ve heard from leadership that downsizing is definitely going to happen at some point in the future. Either this year, next year, or the year after that. But it’s definitely going to happen within ten years. Someday I’ll be able to say I told ya so.
