Can you put a price on driving a car for free and charging most of your food to the company? Making some decent money in exchange only for your dignity, self respect and integrity? Just keep those lies flowing and kissing the ass of upper management. All will be well.

All Big Pharma does the reductions around the Holidays. Cross your fingers in Nov. & Dec. Good luck to all.
 


Hem had POA's this week. I doubt there will be any changes, too many indications and new drugs on the horizon. I can't imagine spending money on meetings and having a headcount reduction weeks later. Positions are being backfilled too. Anything can happen, but I think the probability is low.

You obviously haven’t been around long enough to remember headcount reductions of the past.
 










Oncology has its favorites too. Managers that don't work have created a web of alliances. One rep said that he was promised more % bump and stock. Please keep this hush hush. Just look at the same reps getting the same favoritism.
