Punching at someone no longer at the company demonstrates how small a person you are...grow up, move on. She has.

Executing a personal vendetta thru cyber bullying. Pfizer is toxic.

No one had to help her with toxic behaviors. She did enough of that on her own and it finally caught up to her.

Love the misogynistic comment. I was a qualified women passed over for an unqualified woman in her network. Tess was nothing more than someone promoted beyond her means. Happens all the time. Misogyny is a lame excuse and overused. Degrades us women

She was toxic and had a very limited network. When she compromised her integrity as a leader- she had no one to support her and was fired in a very lonely exit

No support? She had over 100 past and current colleagues (including her boss “BB”) who attended an online going away celebration prior to her last day.

In fact, they wanted to have a live retirement celebration months after she left but Tess graciously declined.

Get your facts straight and maybe spend more time worrying about why you are so paranoid and miserable…..

Then why did she try to go to Exact if she "graciously retired?"

    She was fired.

She never tried to go to Exact or anywhere else.

BB was not a fan!. When she compromised her integrity- he was happy to show her the exit door. BB is a class act and allowed her to appear to retire when she in fact was fired. That joke of a virtual retirement was a class move by BB. She was never offered a big retirement party. Tess was a true narcissist and would have jumped at a big celebration. Sounds like she had one supporter who is doing damage control. I am HQ and know what happened

Her people didn't even live where they had jobs.

Apparently her old team was in California this past week. The new lead did a nice job and is much more respected. Much better leadership and a welcome change. No one missed TC or talked about her. That was the word on the street. Was not there but that was the chatter. Time to move on

If you have spent any significant time with the organization, you have seen where "they apply the rules where they seem to fit"...There is a lot going on that just doesn't make any sense. Once you realize this is the norm, nothing will surprise you.

like the RD East who lives in Texas and manages the East Coast? not sure how they let that happen?? BTW - she is a total light weight :(

The RD East was a Secondment. Not unusual at all to allow them to live outside their geography. Also that hire and location would have been approved by BB and HR.

Heard that none of her peers from over the years were on the call - that says a lot
