Word on the street is that reps get a call from a recruiter for ExosomeDx. Then they do the phone interview with the RSM. Candidates ask about quotas and bonuses. Then candidates talk to their network, and find out all of the lies about the lack of bonuses, comp plan from hell, and greenhorn management situation. The candidate then stops the process. Sorry folks, if you don’t pay, the reps won’t play. It’s really quite simple.

This company is scandalous and criminal. I hope the leadership Shit show is reported, or legally pursued, and they're made to serve some dignity to the reps who have tolerated deplorable corruption. Fuck these people.

Post #86 about crybabies was none other than James Rucks! That lying piece of shit was fired by 4K for improprieties on the job. Mr Rucks blatantly lied about being “laid off” on his employment application for ExosomeDx, and should be fired immediately!

PS) That claim that his laptop was stolen was a bogus claim, and said laptop is still in his possession! Congrats James on joining the ranks of criminals at ExosomeDx!
