Better pay sounds good. But for a company that can't hit their numbers for 2 straight years, how is the better pay going to be funded?

Enhance the quarterly bonus to incentivize growth for more than just a few people and keep the annual bonus to incentivize annual goals.

Whoever came up with the idea of having us use SAP ECC in the current form we're training on should be fired. I honestly didn't think you could come up with a more difficult, counterintuitive, clunky, non performing platform than the previous version. Surprise - this one is worse. Seriously, who's idea is this?

It’s a bigger issue. This situation is high profile which is causing a lot of people to look around. The impending ECC launch isn’t helping. We need to see the light at the end of the dark dismal tunnel

All I remember her doing is promoting the dental leadership to cover Canada too and showing family pictures at NASM. Is she behind the ECC miscue?
