I believe the DM that quit was hired by Vertex, the other did not get demoted. He took a rep job due to the travel in his district. Not sure about the other one. The new manager he hired MN he has never worked with. He knew nothing about him and he is not a micromanager policy police either. I really think those of us from the SP side are very sensitive and read way too much into his speech on Friday of the meeting.

We CP posters are just following Merck's lead on "Transparency". Play the corporate game and tell people what they want to hear so you can protect your own interests. Then, when no one is around- fuck as many people as you have to in order to make a buck.

The best part is- Putz is the biggest coward of them all. He hands off all of his back-stabbing to his direct reports because he doesn't have the balls to face the people he lied to and then fucked over. He's a pussy.

So very accurate. I'll tell you what, I don't know if it's just 3 people on here posting over and over but there are a lot of comments considering there are only 100 reps

I'd be willing to bet it is only 1-3 at most that are bitching, throwing around their ridiculous perceptions as reality and seem to take everything as a personal slight. Very mature. Couple that with the descent into name calling- makes me feel like I am in nursery school. Haven't checked this thread in a while, but those few folks are working their asses off to keep it going. Bet they are close to the bottom in performance, but surely it is somebody else's fault.

BTW- No way the demoted DM stepped down due to travel issues. Unless it was traveling on out of a job... And the one that left for Vertex is a self-promoting POS- good riddance.

Don't know Putz other than what friends said from MVD (where I am) but there are those of us who are actually top performers and have negative things to say, about the remaining stooge for instance. It could be three people, might be more. Bottom line- CP exists to express ourselves and that is what is being done (by 1-3 or many). Take care.

Glad you're keeping up with all the comments Putz. This sounds just like you..."ridiculous perceptions"..."personal slight". You don't like name calling since it makes you feel like you're in nursery school but then you POS someone that left. That's real mature. You don't waffle very good. You may not be in nursery school, but your IQ is there.

Perhaps, there are one to three people, as you suggest, who are posting. I suspect there are more than three posters who are responsible for keeping this thread alive. For those of us who have had to work for TP, in the past, it is an opportunity to warn not to make mistakes made, by others, if current employees want to keep their jobs. It also provides an opportunity to vent and to learn that I wasn't the only person who was unimpressed with TP and fearful of saying ANYTHING. All roads lead to TP and he neither forgets slights nor anyone who appears not to worship him.
 
well its definitely more that a few people that's for sure. That said, this thread is why CP is so valuable. If not for these statement others might make the mistake of trusting that putz and putting their career in jeopardy. And who knows, maybe he'll read this and instead of getting defensive he'll change his douchey persona.

Lastly even though I am on here warning some of the this putz it doesn't mean that I am an underperformer and worthless. I am not. I've just had many one on ones with the guys and seen him in action.
 
friggin putz. Glad I'm gone and feel very sorry for those of you who are still under his wrath. Be very careful. Better yet, stay away. Fly under the radar and whatever you do don't trust him.
